In fact, while school helps you hone your writing skills and become a better reader, it does not come close to preparing you for actual publication.
I learned this the hard way.

A 6-Step System to Take You From Ideation to Book Creation
AUTHOR LEGACY PROJECT™ isn't just another writing program like others you may have taken.
This is an intimate, high-touch program that provides you with a proven roadmap, editorial guidance, accountability and emotional support over 12 months so you can write, publish, and market your book—in 2022.
With my guidance, you will plan and write the first draft of your book. Once your draft is completed, we'll continue to work together for the remainder of the year as you edit, publish, and market it.
You'll have the opportunity to submit your work for peer review and live editing workshops. After each workshop, you'll receive editorial feedback in the form of developmental (think big picture) and in-line (more detailed) edits.
You’ll work side by side with seasoned editors as you go through the editing process, then move on to work directly with an experienced publishing consultant to find the best publishing route for YOU.
When you join at the Premier and Elite levels, you will also be paired with an editor to ensure your manuscript is polished before publication.
By the end of the year, you’ll have a clear, actionable plan for getting your book on the shelves and into the hands of those who need it most.
